What is an Adventure Run?
An adventure run is not to be confused with an Adventure RACE. The MudQuest Adventure Run is an event where you will be challenged during the course of the race with the help of mud, numerous obstacles, water, various terrain, and did we mention mud?

What do I need to bring?
- A photo I.D.
- Clean set of clothes
- Extra money for concessions (Cash Only)
- Signed and completed waiver. If you registered online, you’ll complete it there. If you register race day, you’ll sign it there.
What is the Packet Pick up?
This is our “Check-in” process. In your packet you will find your race day bib, chip timer (if applicable), T-Shirt, and other misc. items. You must show your I.D. and have your waiver signed and complete to pick up your packet. You can now pick up a friends/family members packet.
What should I wear?
Expedition Course – You can wear whatever you want. Dress comfy and relaxed. You’re there to have fun. Long pants are recommended, but not mandatory. We do ask that everyone wear closed toe shoes.
Conquest Course – Since you will experience slightly different, and more challenging obstacles than the Expedition, we advise you wear long pants to keep your legs covered. Closed toe shoes are also mandatory. No cleats are allowed.
Crusade Course – The big daddy of them all. For this monster we strongly advise long pants that cover the ankle. You must also wear shoes that cover the toes, and we recommend wearing shoes that cover the ankle as well. We will not allow cleats to be worn during the race.
Are their age divisions?
Their will be a clock at the finish line so you can see your time. However, our races are primarily for fun. We do not have divisions or awards based on age.
What if I can’t complete an obstacle?
If you need an extra hand or push, look to another racer or volunteer to help you out. If you are doing the Expedition, all obstacles will be completable. If you are running the Conquest or Crusade, which are timed events, you must complete the obstacle if you want to place. If you skip any obstacle you will lose the opportunity to place in your age group.
Why do you offer so many courses?
We want our event to be for everyone of every shape and size. We offer a course for the somewhat sedentary individual, the weekend warrior, and the fitness freak. And don’t forget about the kiddos. No one will be left behind.
Can I wear a Medieval costume or any other costume?
Hell yea!! Dress up and get your pic on the website. Keep in mind that there will be kids around, so dress appropriately.
Can anyone do this race?
Depends on which one you want to do. We have 3 courses for adults, and a course for the kiddos. The Expedition course is set up in a way that anyone and everyone can complete it. The Conquest is geared up for those wanting a little more of a challenge, but at 5K almost anyone can conquer this course. The course length is longer, and you will encounter slightly tougher obstacles than the Expedition. The Crusade is our 10k race and is intended to challenge you. We are going to test your fitness capabilities with this course. We will hold nothing back, so be prepared.
Is this event safe?
We will make each course as safe as we can. There is always risk involved when you enter these races. Make sure you enter the race that meets your capabilities. We will have medical staff on-site ready for anything.
What’s this MudQuest Bash you guys are talking about?
Forget about leaving after you run. We will have the party jumping all day long. We want to have a great time, and we want you to as well. We will have live music all day long, ice cold beer (after 12p and event specific), a variety of foods, and an abundance of side activities.
Can I get a refund?
Are you kidding me? And miss this? We are sorry, but there will be no refunds under any circumstance. Once you’re registered for a race, your locked in.
